The check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking about 40 minutes. There was also a lack of welcoming attitude from some of the staff, which left us feeling unwelcome. Additionally, I found the cleanliness of the room lacking, especially the shower's appearance.

I had an very nice 5-night stay in a Moderate Triple Room, Non-Smoking! The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had while traveling in Osaka, with delicious offerings that never disappointed. Plus, the location is perfect for loving the Hanshin Tigers, being just a short stroll to Koshien stadium!

Positive, I enjoyed my 8-night stay in a Moderate Twin Room in the West Wing. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the dining area was bright. Staff was friendly, and it was close enough to Universal Studios for a quick train ride. 😊

Great for Family Gatherings

The large mall next door was a huge win for shopping, we even bought some snacks for the room. My nine-year-old had a blast exploring the lobby with friends and made it a great meeting spot.

Though it wasn't exactly inexpensive, it was still reasonable for what we got.

Stayed in a Moderate Twin Room non-smoking. The room had nice amenities like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, free toiletries, and even a minibar. The shower was great and the towels were fluffy. The spa facilities offered a nice touch too. Overall, a comfortable and classy place with everything you need.
